Electronic fundamentals and Electrical Systems provides a basic theory of electricity and electronics. There will be use of instruments for measuring current, voltage and resistance. The course will also cover operation and service of electrical systems, including repair and adjustment or charging, cranking, ignition, and accessory circuits. Proper troubleshooting procedures will be emphasized.

Upon successful completion of the course, students will have the opportunity to earn an Electrical Systems Certificate, 6 credit hours from Meceola Tech, and a State of Michigan Mechanics Electrical Systems Certificate.
