Building and Grounds Maintenance

Building and Grounds Maintenance is a specialized program that gives students the opportunity to gain experience in various aspects of the Maintenance industry. Students who enroll in this program can learn skills such as: Basic Plumbing, Drywall, Painting, Tiling, Operation of Specialty Equipment, Safety Precautions, Operation of Power Tools, Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance, Flooring and Floor Maintenance, Measuring, and Working with Chemicals.

Students work in both indoors and outdoors on various real world maintenance projects.
