PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Automotive Technology course is a two year program that provides students training in five areas of automotive service:  brakes, steering/suspension, automotive electricity, engine repair and engine performance.  The course is designed to meet all NATEF standards and therefore will cover the tasks identified by NATEF, including applied math, science and communication activities.

 

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

Our Automotive program has an ASE certified instructor and is a NATEF certified program.  Students also work with state of the art equipment and have an opportunity to articulate with post-secondary institutes.  Our Automotive program is self-paced for individual learning styles.

 

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

The automotive field offers career opportunities such as auto service technician, specialist technician, service writer, and auto parts sales.
