The Mecosta Osceola Math & Science Center is one of 33 regional centers in the Michigan Mathematics and Science Centers Network.  These Centers provide leadership, curriculum support, professional development, and student services to local districts across Michigan.  Centers also serve as a resource clearinghouses for educational materials and work to foster community involvement in the areas of mathematics, science and engineering.  These services help support the delivery of high quality mathematics and science education for the students of Michigan. Seven Centers provide an Accelerated High School Program.

Strategic Plan Goals for Community Involvement:

CI1. The Center will establish or maintain partnerships with business and industry, FSU, and local districts through a collaborative effort between the Mecosta-Osceola Career Center in a
collective engineering project, and the annual Intel affiliated Regional Science & Engineering Fair.
CI2. The center will seek ways to partner with local school districts to provide more and varied opportunities for all students.
