Engineering Team Application and Selection
(October, 2007)

 Over 60 students showed initial interest in the team. Applicants were required to write an essay describing why they should be selected for the team and submitted letters of recommendation.

The Selection Committee narrowed the field to 34 students based on enthusiasm, teacher input, and commitment to the project.
