MISSION STATEMENT
The Mecosta-Osceola Intermediate School District exists for one basic reason: to provide services to constituent school districts that will not only increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their educational programming, but will help the educators in the schools to better serve and instruct the young people in their charge. Therefore, the primary mission of the Mecosta-Osceola Intermediate School District is to create programs and provide services based upon this concept.

BOARD MEETINGS
School Board meetings are held on the second Monday of each month except for the months of October and March when they are held on the first Thursday due to the MOISD Board and Administrators attendance at local district Board of Education meetings. Contact the MOISD for specific dates.
Regular Board of Education meetings are held in the George L. Parsons Room of the Mecosta-Osceola Intermediate School District Administration Building, 15760 190th Avenue, Big Rapids, MI, unless otherwise specified. All interested persons are invited to attend.
Minutes of each meeting will be available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Mecosta-Osceola Intermediate School District office within ten (10) business days after the date of said meeting. Approved copies of the minutes will be available not more than eight (8) business days after the meeting at which the minutes were approved.
Upon written request for a subscription and payment of a fee established by the Board, minutes shall be mailed to any person or business by first class mail. The subscription may be valid for up to six months.
This notice is given in compliance with Act No. 267 of Public Acts of Michigan, 1976.
