Parsons Board Room of the Mecosta-Osceola Intermediate School District Administration Building, 15760 190th Avenue, Big Rapids, Michigan, unless otherwise specified.  Please note the September Board meeting will begin at 5 p.m.   All interested persons are invited to attend.  For further information, please call (231)796-3543.
