Presenter Information


Kay Loftus, M.S.W., ACSW, IMH-E is an Infant Mental Health Specialist and a trainer for Healthy Families America.  Ms. Loftus worked at Barry County Community Mental Health Services as a child and family therapist for 12 years.  She was the Program Manager/Supervisor of Healthy Families Barry-Eaton for 3 ½ years and worked at Children’s Charter of the Courts as a trainer/consultant for 7 years.  Ms. Loftus has provided reflective supervision and consultation to infant mental health specialists and early childhood programs for the past 10 years. She has also provided training to supervisors and front line staff of early childhood programs for the past 10 years.  She received her graduate certificate in Infant Mental Health in 1993 from Wayne State University and has earned the Level 4 endorsement from the Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health.  She is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed marriage and family therapist in Michigan.
